Rating this place one star because of how my situation was handled. The front desk lady was rude and snappy over the phone. It was very unprofessional. My unit was also broken into. I found multiple broken locks like these ones inside my storage space even though I haven’t opened my storage space for 2-3 years due to me living out of state.

Great storage facility. The on-site manager Staci took the time to help me with everything and seemed happy to do so. Including making a locker transfer super easy and hassle free :-)

Trey the front desk help was absolutely amazing and so helpful! This gentleman even walked in the rain to help my daughter and to our unit! Supurb customer service. It was so easy to register and move in. The place has drive up access and remote gate access through the app. I would recommend this place especially over extraspace storage.

I was having issues with setting up my account through the app so I decided to stop by and finish the process. Trey was on the phone and another gentleman waiting. Trey quickly greeted me and informed me that he would take care of me. After he completedthe call, took care of the gentleman before me, which was pretty quick, he helped me with my rental. Since I had the rental confirmation, he helped me complete my application and give me my unit and code number, and the location of said unit within 5 minutes. Trey is very professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you, Trey!

We love the availability and ease of access to the storage unit. We had difficulty getting the gate open today, but Chelsea helped us out in no time! Not only was she personable and friendly, she was quick to act and get us inside. Thanks again, Chelsea!!!
