Do not recommend. I rented a storage unit on the second floor while transitioning apartment buildings for the summer and every clothing I stored grew mold in the 3 months they were there. The location is great, close to the university, perfect for students looking for a place to put their stuff but it is not worth it if at the end, every single item you own gets damaged. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

This was the simplest process I've ever experienced with a service for storage or potentially any service. Their online or to book is seamless and straight forward. Easy and was completed in no time at all. Megan the day of my move, of which was the movers are anxious about getting the large truck in, she was so helpful and went above and beyond. I would not only recommend public storage but she to speak with Megan. Now Megan is great but the place is dirty lts not covered on top so you know verments get in there. They hound you for payment even tho I've told them multiple time my unemployment check is coming. I resigned from my job to care for my sick mother. Ugh compassion anyone. And they should really cover the tops gross. Especially since the small one I have is $60 a month.
