From the moment I walked in, Dani was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained all my options clearly, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Moving and storage situations can be overwhelming, but Dani handled everything with confidence and patience that immediately put me at ease. Dani represents Public Storage at the highest level. Her professionalism, communication skills, and customer-first mindset are exactly what leadership looks like. If anyone deserves recognition or a promotion, it’s her. I rented a unit here with high hopes at first. In the beginning it seemed to go swimmingly. I had explained my need for a storage because I'll be traveling for work for the next few months. I asked if I wanted to upgrade to 24 hour access could I? The attendant said sure you can change anything online on our website. Nope. Come to find out from the manager which was unapologetically rude this was false. Then the attendant told me just turn in your lock for credit. Never got it. Even though I handed it to the manager. Since that day I have called the property( I checked my call records ) 32 times. Never since the day I viewed the property have I reached anyone. NO ONE CALLS BACK AFTER SEVERAL MESSAGES. I warn you if you are interested in being treated like your valued or what to check details DONT BOTHER GOING HERE. You'll be very unhappy. Luckily I haven't moved much in at this point but considering the experience I had here so far I've decided to vacate. The manager is incredibly rude and regardless of any number you call? GOOD LUCK GETTING A LIVE PERSON. It's a shame . Could have been a great business deal if they cared at all about their customers or their reputation.

Dani was so friendly and helpful. She made getting a storage unit easy and uncomplicated and she didn't act like I was bothering her when asking different questions. I would rent here again.

Dani was soooo friendly and nice with my initial visit to my storage…I would’ve gave 5 but I put 4 because there seemed to be a misunderstanding with some equipment used that made me quite uncomfortable with another worker.. but the friendliness, politeness, and quickness with how Dani showed me my unit and how to get things going was unmatched.. keep up the good work
