Lynena was extremely helpful... I Didn't like the first unit that was reserved so she helped me find another, and it was even a little cheaper! She recommended a few items that would be helpful while storing my things, but didn't pressure me after I declined. She is very helpful and answered any questions I had. I will recommend this location to everyone!

Rose provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make up for the poor service I’d received prior to finally being connected to her. Because the location I rented from didn’t have staff on location due to an office fire, this was the closet location that was open today. I highly recommend this location. She was friendly, helpful and the office was very tidy. From what I could tell of the premises, it was well maintained as well.

I was greeted by Lynena with an amazing smile and a great attitude. Her directions were on point. She even helped my dad with the U-Haul truck by getting him out without damaging Public Storage's gate and the truck! My dad even told her he would marry her for what she did! I wasn't even disappointed with a rep over the phone from California for the fee's and taxes. My experience was awesome!

Gloria and the Lakeisha are consummate professionals I figured I was in the presence of two ladies who had been with the company for 20 plus years and we're coming down from corporate but I was wrong. Apparently Public Storage has a rigorous interview process in which they select only the finest friendliest customer service oriented well-spoken beautiful young ladies that I've ever met who helped me out several times with every type of situation that you could imagine as I am a difficult customer to deal with from time to time. I wish there was 10 Stars because that's how many they would get from me on this review I've been renting out public storage units my past 10 years in business and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied 10 Stars thank you guys....
