I moved locally near Extra Storage on Maule Ave. I rented a storage unit from Kaisa in April 2025 she was absolutely amazing very friendly, made me feel welcomed. She was very professional and delivered an exceptional customer service experience. What I immediately loved was the facility was super clean, very accessible from the parking lot as well. I was lucky to get a unit very close to the parking lot which was very convenient to unload did not take us long at all. Since then everytime I go in to the office or call on the phone with a question Bobby is very friendly, very knowledgeable and quickly assisted me with what I inquired about. He was very patient & listened attentively to my needs. I will definitely be encouraging friends & family to use your location Extra Storage on Maule Ave for a future Storage unit. We were in a bind to find a storage unit that could accommodate a Mayflower 54' moving truck ASAP. I was placed in touch with Chris who was able to on the spot confirm access for our moving truck and set us up for a climate-controlled storage unit.
