Great staff. The property manager, Jim, was outstanding. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring about his location and customers. I've dealt with many Storage Unit Location Property Managers and Jim is in the top 3. I recommend this location especially if you care about your belongings. This place really looks out for their customers best interests.

I've been with public storage on rainbow for a few years now. I met the manager named Jim when I first moved in. He is a super efficient and a easy going guy. He got me the exact size storage I needed. Plus it has super easy access. Every time I had a question or a concern. He has been there to help.. I wish there were more people in the world like him. That had the same energy.. And work ethics. If you rent a space here. Make sure you get a chance to meet him....
