I like this place, it is very convenient. It is a good price and it’s close to my house. The storage always seems to be at a good temperature and the place is always clean. The only negative thing I have to say is that the keypads are very inconsistent with their range and sometimes they don’t work at all and that would be OK but the keypads are placed in the most inconvenient possible spots where You can’t even type in the code from your vehicle

Jen from Corporate was super nice and help my daughter and I get another storage just blocks away from my daughter's house . Made my daughter feel alot better . I forgot her name at the Eastern and Harmon storage give her 100% kudos for taking the time and helping us also .My daughter paid yr in advance and made it super easy for her .. I like the price of the storage unit and the fact that corporate they get a resolution to your problems quick! And they are willing to help me with a 40$ credit due to a misunderstanding with the insurance which is nice I truly appreciate it

They screwed me over when I left, i'll never rent from them again. They got their rent out of my account on the 2nd. I got my stuff out of my unit on the 3rd. I asked about getting part of my rent back as it was so early in the month but was instantly told no. They're scammers, so be sure to turn off automatic payment if your moving out.
