I rented a unit here recently and it was advertised as 269$ w half off for the first two months. The charge for my first month was 207$ they REQUIRE insurance, through THEM at inflated rates, require too a lock purchased through THEM (an inferior lock in my opinion for a whopping 16$!) And also add 25$ admin fee. And of course tax is also added. So im thinking 137.50 which turned into 207$ adding 70 to 135 is over 33 prct higher. We didn't complain. But then after moving everything in to this 10 x 30 unit we were told by management that the 50 percent discount was only good for one month. We were going to rent a second unit,but not for an eventual rate of over 800$a month! That's insane! We could rent a 1500 square foot house with a garage and live there with our things for 800$ a month! I went back online and sure enough, it still shows the discount is for two months as I said to begin with. Not sure if the discount will be honored I haven't heard back from anyone as of yet.
