Crappy place will keep raising the rates on you. My storage unit was under $100 per month when I signed up, two years later almost $140! Better off without.

Management was extremely professional and helpful. Travis helped me through every step of the move in and answered all my questions. I tried a few other storage facilities but I wanted to shop around and as soon as I came here I knew my search was over. Wonderful service and a beautiful property. Truly well cared for and maintained. The management here and the property are second to none!

I wasn’t sure if I wanted a storage unit. I had a lot of questions and I have 2 daughters who want to also get storage. The manager was very nice and I felt bad because I was asking so much but he told me it’s no problem. He answered everything so good and was very polite and friendly. I’m glad I came here and I got my storage. The property is so nice and clean. I almost went to the one nearby but not now. I will send my daughters here and my friends. Also I was wondering about auctions and the manager Travis helped me to make an account and showed me how to use the site. I thank you Mr.Travis. Best customer service ever!!

The facility and units are clean and the layout is friendly. However communications for questions and assistance are severely lacking. I've sent in an inquiry regarding a notice that my rental fee will increase in price and when I asked for further explanation I was met with silence. It is disheartening that I moved my services to this facility because the pricing in the older one I was using became too much.. and now they're charging me more than my prior place of service. I will continue to use for the upcoming season but I will be looking for a more honest and forthcoming facility that responds to email concerns.

Excellent Place! Travis was very helpful! He assisted with the complexities of our move-in which included the navigation of our large uhaul w/ trailer throughout the facility. At one point we discovered we had forgotten to bring in some of our paperwork and Travis guided us how to find it online so that we could get checked in. Stead Self Storage is well-maintained and secure which gives us the peace of mind that our belongings are in good hands. The convenience of their location and accessibility were also major pluses for us. We rented 2 storage units and 2 parking spaces.
