No complaints about the storages. Actually one of the better and cleaner ones in town. Would give a 5 star if prices weren’t so expensive. Other than that employees are helpful and nice.

We have just purchased our unit a couple of days ago and we were so happy with our experience with Kelli. She was very helpful and friendly, and made us feel comfortable storing our belongings because she happily and easily answered all of our questions. Fast forward a couple of days and there was a miscommunication with the insurance required, but Mindy took the time and made the effort to work with us and help us out. We have already moved items in, and so far the facility looks clean and secure to us. It is so nice to experience great customer service and to have a place close to home to store our belongings while we find our dream home. They are affordable and responsible and we highly recommend giving them a try.

Been with Vista since 2014. They have since doubled the rent. I have come into the office in person with my driver's license to update my address and also provide a copy of my insurance. They acted like they updated the information in front of me. Since it was never done I sent an email with attached copies of my driver's license and insurance to update my information. It was not done. For years they have charged me for insurance which isn't legal insurance and does not have a policy number. My insurance does and it includes the Vista Storage address and locker number. This place provides no assistance or communication. You will be ripped off, go elsewhere.

The facility is very clean and well kept. We feel very safe keeping our belongings here. Julie helped us get our storage set up, she was super helpful and was able to get the process done quickly and efficiently. She has great energy and is very positive! She also responded quickly to us after we left a message when we were trying to get more info about the facilities and reserving a spot. Definitely great customer service at the Vista Storage location!
