Extra space storage has been a nice place to rent from, I have been a customer for a few years now. Unfortunately, I had to clean out my locker recently because I couldn’t afford it any longer. When I first signed with them I agreed to a price of $55 month for my 5x5. Over time that price has skyrocketed to almost $200 a month. I was unaware that you do not “lock in” your rate when it comes to a storage locker. I believed that when you agree to a price and sign a lease that is the price you pay moving forward. I was wrong and even though the staff is absolutely amazing I am not in the position to afford such a price, and for such a small space. When it comes to the staff and the service I give them 5 stars. They are all so caring, so informative and so helpful. Thank you for all your help and patience with me. If the pricing goes back down to affordable I will surely be back! -Spenser

Easy move-in, easy move out. the unit was clean, and the staff are very attentive, about an hour after I moved my stuff out, they were making their rounds and called me to tell me that there is no lock on the unit. I told them that I have moved out. Good experience

I am very happy with the service that they provide for me. I’m Even more happy that when I have any inquiries or grapes, that they address them right away and accommodate me in whatever way I need.
