So grateful this place is right in town! The woman at the counter was so warm and empathetic to our current moving situation, there was transparency with pricing, and she even swept our unit out (which by the way was NOT even messy- there were a few stray leaves on the ground!) Best bang for your buck, and best staff! Its a no brainer to store here.

My brother-in-law rented a 10x15 indoor storage unit at this facility, which we planned to share. My fiancé is disabled, so accessibility was an important factor in choosing an indoor unit. Unfortunately, the move-in experience was extremely difficult due to poor accessibility. The carts provided by the facility cannot be rolled into the building because there is a 2–3 inch lip at the entrance ramp, and on the opposite side there’s a curb. This makes the carts essentially unusable unless you can lift them—defeating their purpose. As a result, we had to carry each item by hand, turning what should have been a 30-minute process into a four-hour task. Costing extra money for time and rental. Brother in law was told the owner had been made aware of the issue. Staff even mentioned a metal ramp that could be used to fix the problem, but when we returned a week later, nothing had changed. If you or a family member have any mobility limitations or use a wheelchair, please be aware that this location is not accessible as currently designed. The facility would benefit greatly from addressing these barriers so that all tenants, including those with disabilities, can safely and efficiently access their units. Staff was very nice to my brother in law but the problem still exist as of today 30 days after rental and notification We did get a special move in offer but now we will have to look for a unit that is more accessible.
