I’ve had great experiences with Public Storage, but not this location. This location places the keypads, to get in and out, in an area that requires you to get out of the car. I’ve never seen anything like it and it’s the most ridiculous layout. They say you can enter with an app, but that rarely works. You ask for help and they don’t know why or how to fix it. Inside storage has small doorways and different elevations that make getting wheeled carts up them. There are also no ramps. Doors to get into the buildings are not automatic, which is odd. It serves its purpose, but is not at all user friendly. Now cue up the reply where they tell you they are listening and the empty platitude thanking you for the comment, but complete inaction.

I have been a client for Public Storage for 14 years. I have never had an issue with the 2 units regarding problems within the unit or if I had requested an adjustment with the rates. Elliot, Ryan and Jarod have been a pleasure to deal with regarding my payments, adjustments or if there was a concern regarding the unit. It is convenient for me to go there and I never have concerns regarding safety. I hope they continue to keep safety a priority.

WARNING: RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK! I rented a storage unit on 5/30/25 and initially had no issues. However, after not visiting my unit for about a month I was appalled by what I discovered. Upon entering I was overwhelmed by a horrific stench of urine. I immediately investigated the source as my unit only contained toiletries, clothing, a few suitcases, and four boxes of brand new UGGs, all of which are now ruined. To add to my disgust, I found a disturbing amount of mouse and rat droppings throughout the unit. I quickly closed the unit, horrified by the situation. I will be returning to empty my unit and will be demanding a cancellation of my rental immediately. This is completely unacceptable, and I am absolutely furious.

Great facilities. High and dry so no fear of flooding. Ryan was extremely professional, friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely use them again!
