🚨0 out of 5 Stars🚨 I HAD 2 units here and they were good until the rats took over. They left poop and pee everywhere and damaged sooo many valuables of mine and my partners. Told the front desk and they said we can’t help. Been “talking” to the insurance company for 4 months and they offered me the smallest amount possible and I’m not accepting until I get what I deserve. They say they cover up to $5000 in damages and in fine print it says vermin is only $2500. They are shady and incompetent and I took my stuff out of the other unit immediately. Don’t go here.

I have had a number of storage lockers at this location over 23 years. The customer service is incredible. I just had a great experience with them from a personal issue over the last week, and Victoria was terrific in helping me work through next steps. She was fantastic and empathetic. It's the number 1 reason I'm still there after 23 years.
