Very bad experience with this Public Storage location. There was heavy snow last week. I came 3–4 days after the snow, not the same day, and the road and entrance were not cleared. My car got stuck in the snow inside the facility. This is unacceptable for a storage business. I have photos and video proof. Today, one full week after the snow, I came back again. The main road was finally cleared, but all the snow was pushed and left directly in front of the storage unit doors. It was impossible to open the doors. Everything was frozen. There is never anyone in the office. I have never been able to catch a staff member. I couldn’t even borrow a shovel or any tools. I was forced to clear the snow myself, and it took more than 2 hours. This is very poor maintenance and very poor customer service. For comparison: Extra Space Storage on 4140 US-1, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852 was completely cleared and salted the same day it snowed. No issues at all there. I pay monthly rent and expect basic access and safety, especially days after a snowstorm.

So impressed with Public Storage at this location! Amy is such an asset to Public Storage Corp. She is a great employee who really cares for her clients. I spoke with Amy the property manager the other day while looking for a unit. She was very friendly and made the whole process a lot easier for me since I never considered renting before. I don't need to rent until March but I will definitely be renting at the Quakerbridge Road location. She was very thorough about everything and made me feel very comfortable choosing Public Storage.
