Liz is amazing Great Customer Service , She knows how to make a bad day turn great. I told her what i needed to store and she guided me to the right size unit. I would recommend to any of my friends family and anyone in general to use this facility. They even give you 24/7 access if you opt-in. No other place will meet your standard's like public storage of North Brunswick. Need a unit asap or parking Deff contact Liz.

Do not rent here!!! They'll keep raising your unit prices every 3 months and keep doing it ! I went from paying storage from 119 in October 2024 to $211 its up this December 2025 it'll keep climbing and they'll give you bs excuses oh the units are in demand so we have to raise prices!!! I understand if theres a small increase once a year but every few months and they'll continue it the longer you rent! Ill end up paying over $300 before the year is even over next year! Take your stuff and go elsewhere! Last month ill be moving my things out

5 months, hole never fixed, dirty unit full of bugs—and they wanted me to pay to move. Awful service. I moved into Public Storage in April 2025, and from day one it was a bad experience. When I first moved in, I noticed a hole on the outside of my unit and asked them to fix it so vermin couldn’t get inside. Months went by, and despite multiple follow-ups, the repair was never completed. Each time I checked back, I was told a work order was in, or that a contractor hadn’t shown up, or that they needed one of my keys to get inside. Still, nothing was done. After nearly five months of waiting, I finally asked the manager to either fix it immediately or move me to another unit. The manager agreed, but when I went to the office, I was told I would have to pay to move my things to a different unit. I refused—why should I pay when the only reason I needed to move was because they never fixed the original unit? They suggested I pay upfront and then “request a credit” on my next bill, which made no sense. At that point, I decided to move my belongings out entirely. The only part of this process that went smoothly was moving out. Bernice, the staff member who helped me, was polite and understanding, but even she acknowledged why I was frustrated. To make matters worse, the unit itself was dirty from the beginning—covered in spider webs, bugs, and just generally unpleasant. This was my first time using outdoor storage, and I will never use Public Storage again. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and terrible customer service made this a stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for storage.

Terrible experience at this storage facility. The staff is rude and not willing to listen or even try to understand your needs. Instead of helping or offering solutions, they make you feel like you’re bothering them. Absolutely no customer service skills here. If you value respect and basic courtesy, look elsewhere. I wanted to rent a unit and left.
