OK, where do I start? You put your stuff into storage and the room is clean but the door hinges wee slightly off - they ever fixed it - (I reported it) seriously like every six months they start to increase your rent when I started here, I was probably was at $200. I’m now up to $540 once you add the tax and the service charge and all this other stuff they overcharge you and then I’ll tell you right now. Forget about trying to get in touch with someone they tell you that they care about your business but they don’t. They never call you back. They don’t have anybody in the office to answer your questions. You have to do everything through their app you leave a message on their answering machine. They don’t call you back and then they tell you to use their chat and it’s not a virtual chat. They say it’s a live chat, but that is not true either because it is a virtual chat, so good luck with trying to reach them if you have a problem and I would have to say one star because they literally will charge you and overcharge you every six months- my biggest thing is if you have a problem or question - it doesn’t get answered via phone, email or chat!

Custom service is abysmal. When I first rented the unit and drove there with all of my items, the unit was not opening due to the door malfunctioning. there was nobody available in the office or answering their service line (at 3p on a weekday) so I had to go back a different day, after multiple phone calls going to voicemail, to enter the unit after getting help from a different location on the phone who was able to help. They then doubled the rent after 3 months for no reason. I cannot emphasize enough how horrific they customer service is. I have no evidence to believe anybody works at this location
