My experience with this storage facility took an unexpected positive turn. While I initially had concerns, the swift intervention of Hector Rivera, the District Manager, completely changed my perspective. He personally reached out, attentively listened to my feedback, and took immediate action to address the issue. This level of hands-on management and dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. Mr. Rivera's responsiveness and willingness to make things right have not only resolved my concerns but also showcased the company's commitment to excellence. This experience has significantly improved my opinion of their service.
