Jamie at Public Storage provided outstanding customer service during my move-out. The facility has very competitive rates, convenient parking, and excellent security. Jamie made the entire move-out process easy and stress-free, even the day after a blizzard. She was especially accommodating and kind while I was moving out with my baby, which truly meant a lot. Her professionalism and calm, helpful attitude really stood out. Easy move-in, easy move-out, and great service overall. I highly recommend this location and Jamie in particular!

Amazing customer service. Maurice and Jasmine were terrific. He was able waive a lock fee which he didn’t have to do, very much appreciated. Facility is great. Clean and well maintained. Knocking 1 star off because the companies scummy practice of increasing the rent every few months. Been 9 months since I first rented a unit and the rental rate will be double next month of what I initially started at. Absolutely crazy and just plain greedy. So i just came to place an autopay, and when I asked the receptionist to place the payment, the wonderful receptionist named Jamie was helpful in reducing my monthly rent by more than $20/month in savings. Very helpful and accommodating! Very knowledgeable of their plans and products. Times are hard and she was helpful. Thank you!

Great place to keep your things! My family and I have had a unit or two here for the better part of twenty years, and it has always been safe and maintained. But the real selling point are the actual employees, who seem to just keep getting better. I recently had to get a third unit, and Peter was a MASSIVE help with a few questions/issues I had to sort out, while Jasmine was a kind and wonderful presence in the office with him. While most storage unit locations are more of the same, I'd highly recommend this place just for the humanity alone. Thanks again, guys!

Outta NYC

This Public Storage location is one of a kind. It's the cleanest and neatest storage facility in New York, probably the whole country. What's makes this location unique is the STAFFS. I haven't met people that friendly and helpful in a long time! Every time I walk in the door it feels like I'm walking into the Waldorf Astoria. Shout out to Jamie and both Peters!!!
