I've been with this facility for years. I had an outstanding experience at Public Storage in Hicksville today thanks to Michael! He was absolutely phenomenal, patient, pleasant, and incredibly professional. From the moment I arrived, he made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. Michael truly goes above and beyond for customers, and his excellent service made a stressful situation feel effortless. Terrible company!!! Raised my rates for no reason. I would have kept my stuff there forever at the reasonable rate I bought it for, but not anymore. Canceling and moving my stuff to a better company. Shame on you! There are so many other companies out there. Move your stuff now before your rates go up too!! Update: Was there today 11/23/25.... surprise surprise NO ONE WORKS THERE. However when I called, I was told "someone is always there" by a rude employee. Ummm.... LIES!!!! I ATTACHED PICTURES TO SHOW YOU!!!! No one is ever there on the weekends!!!! Pathetic company!!! Bathroom locked which is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙄🤪😂

I recently rented a storage unit and had the pleasure of working with Dawn, the manager. She is truly wonderful! Dawn was incredibly patient while helping me with all the paperwork and treated both me and my mom with great respect.
