Seamless transaction online in choosing and reserving the size storage area that I needed at their Lee Rd facility. I was able to take advantage of a reduced rate they were promoting for the Labor Day holiday. Excellent customer service by Cory, who satisfactorily answered questions I had posed for clarification on my contract. He knows the business well, and promptly responded back to a couple of voice mail messages that I had left on the office phone prior to our on site meeting.

Well, I wouldn't trust them. They consistently raise the price on you without telling you about it and then they say well we told you about it and when you signed up. Well no you didn't. No, you didn't bother to tell me when you raceded $100 out of absolute nowhere. There's a lot of crap inside the storage spaces. I wouldn't rent from this place
