Very easy and pleasant experience. Gianni was very helpful and specific with information and answers to questions. She made sure I understood everything, and double checked that I had all my info set before I left. Its nice to deal with someone with a smile and a sense of humor. I've gone a few times now and its an easy experience. No issues getting in or using a trolley either. The automatic sensor lights are a nice touch too.

Just got off the phone with Noel, who is the new manager at this location. He helped resolve an issue quickly while I was out of town. He made it a priority to reach out first thing in the morning and treat his loyal customer with the fairness and appreciation which retains their business. Top management skills in my book.

This place is terrible. Between the front sliding doors broken and the elevator never been fix since September of 2025 it’s ridiculous. A few months back a women and her daughter got stuck in the elevator for a couple of hours. They’ve charged us for months yet still haven’t done anything about the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND keeping your stuff here.

The Rockville Centre location at 484 Sunrise Hwy is not being properly maintained. The elevator in this facility has been broken for several months, and there has been no clear timeline, signage, or proactive communication about when it will be repaired. As a result, customers are forced to use the stairs while carrying heavy items, which is unsafe, especially for anyone with mobility issues or large, bulky belongings. This ongoing elevator outage shows a serious lack of attention to basic maintenance and customer safety. It also raises concerns about whether other aspects of the property are being properly inspected and cared for. For a company of your size, it is unreasonable that such an essential feature remains out of service for this long without resolution or adequate accommodation for customers.
