⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars for the Team — One Star for the Company Recently visited my storage unit and needed more space — Jorge (virtual assistant) was incredible, guiding me through all my options based on space and budget! When I arrived, Connor and Evan helped finalize everything quickly and professionally. They’re always friendly and supportive every time I visit. Unfortunately, my overall experience with Prime Storage as a company has been very disappointing. They are predatory and are constantly raise rates—sometimes monthly—with only 30 days’ notice. My 10x20 unit nearly doubled in cost within a year! I do not live in the area so in a vulnerable position to move as they continue to increase. I’m grateful for the amazing staff, but I strongly caution anyone considering Prime Storage. I highly recommend paying a little more with a company who will have honest rates. The employees are five-star, but the company’s rate practices are not. I’m sure they will read this and e-mail me another rate increase. But if it helps keep customers away, it’s worth it.

I have rented a storage unit at Prime Storage for several years now to store my sons' things while they are working in Europe. Prime is conveniently located just outside of Saratoga Springs beyond the Wilton Mall, the facility is always spotless and safe, with good lighting and plenty of parking. I appreciate the carts that are always available to easily move in boxes and large items. The staff has been friendly and courteous. You may pay a bit more for a storage unit at Prime Storage, but it is well worth it.

Stored our home furnishings and belongings for 18 months. Floor to ceiling. No damage. Safe clean environment. No pests or mice, ever. Very helpful staff.

So far so good on this place. Much better than the other one i was at within the last few years. No baiting and raising fees yet. Very Clean and well organized.

As expected, except that I am being over charged for insurance even though I sent my full insurance binder including confirmation of the receipt of the binder. My personal coverage outweighs corporate coverage significantly and yet I am still be charged for it.
