Very pleased with the ease of booking and utilizing the perfectly sized storage unit. This helped to ease my transition from one apartment to another... My only qualm is that the ramp was poorly marked, if marked at all. On my first load in I completely missed that the ramp was there and loaded very heavy items up a flight of steps. Aside from that - this was a positive and helpful experience.

All public storage locations are terrible. This franchise is a contender for ‘biggest rip off’ in the industry. Inflating prices every six months, no restrooms, rude service. I encourage people to just get rid of belongings that you don’t need and if you absolutely must keep things, find a better company and location. Long time customers are of no value to them and after 25 years of renting from them I could have built a home. There is no value to the service they provide. They can’t even treat customers with respect. 0/10. Look elsewhere for your storage needs.
