What's the point of this location. Never any attendants to handle customer needs manager NEVER returns phone calls. Just a waste of space and time. If you have to use them use one with an actual person to talk to. Or just don't use them at all go with a more reputable company with better employees and customer service

I had a chance to meet Kim, the mgr onsite. She assisted me with an issue with my storage unit. Very nice lady and knows her job.

Really dislike the computer kiosk situation and the app-driven complexity of renting a storage unit now—it used to be so simple! But fortunately this site has Jessica, a human attendant who was very kind and understanding and helped correct my reservation that had been snarled up in the online registration process. Shout out to Mikey, too, who was great. Otherwise the unit itself has been clean, dry, and handy. Great location, good security, and good vibes thus far—once you get past the computer kiosk.
