Our family has 3 units at the 3828 NC 55 HWY and we love it! Deborah and the team are fantastic—always friendly and always helpful. The facility is very clean and well lit, even late at night so you always feel safe whether inside or outside the building. The security codes to get into the property adds an extra layer of security too.

Rent was increased by almost 100% over 1 year we have been with them. We were at $300 and now we are paying $ 588 monthly. Just terrible how small businesses get exploited by Public Storage. I know this will be going deaf ears as these is a large public company but atleast by sharing our experience, we want to warn that public storage is not great for businesses. We have tried to even call the customer service and none picks up the call or even return our messages. So basically they have none at the front desk to service so they seem to be profiting from increasing the price and not having any staff

Instead of returning my call on Friday to come in and settle my account in cash, as I mentioned I had no debit card atm… you sold all my belongings. I received a bill $100 greater than my balance. I had the money and tried to pay you and you sold my daughter’s stuff. You might as well try to collect the “balance due” from Mickey Mouse cause you’ll never get a penny from me.
