Bought an auction unit that already been tampered with and was on the phone with the lady as she gave me the code to open so no way I could have took the stuff as well from being from hours away, I not only wasted my time but money on gas and renting a trailer. The DM said she was going to get to me Monday and never heard a thing. I’ve called many of times to this and other locations with no answer. I am in disbelief with the severity of the situation and amount of money of mine is at the line. **** update Brendan Johnson is rude and unprofessional and a thief!!! Will not give me my refund even though the unit was robbed before I touched it and saying it’s my unit i bought it. She hung up on me and will not answer my calls. I think it’s a scheme or something taking all my money and not getting the unit pictured. Unit was not as pictured was emptied and I paid over $3000. Have evidence and all to prove. The longer this process will get more involved including police and more.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Barely 2 months renting a large inside unit on the 2nd floor and we had 2 attempted break-ins to our unit. No one is ever at the front desk. The front doors are always broken. I had my late husband’s things in that unit so this is VERY personal. The staff had no regard for empathy. Ms.Kim (from the other Park Rd location) was AMAZING but the regional manager, Brenda Johnson, was rude and made it seem like she didn’t care to even help! We’ve pulled up to the parking spots in front of the main doors, and everyone we’ve bumped into says they had break-ins as well. Pay the extra money and go to a different location. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT rent a unit here. I first rented a unit and when I got to it the door frame was bent and I couldn’t even open it. There was no one in the office and I was told to make an appt and must be here at my exact appt time. I came back from my appointment and no one showed up for 45 minutes, no apologies. Next after 3 months they more than doubled my rate. Now, I received an email that they cut off all our locks and replaced them and we could pick up the key in the office during business hours. Once again, no one is here and I was told no one could help me when I called customer service. I left my belongings in front of my unit and left.
