I had an amazing experience at Public Storage thanks to Alisa. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Alisa took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and she definitely does. Today is February 25, 2026. I rented a unit online on 2/21 after hearing positive feedback from a friend who rents here. The online setup was easy, the rate was reasonable, and I was able to access my unit immediately through the app. Everything after that has been frustrating. As of 2/25, I have stopped by the office eight different times to try and pick up the lock I paid for, and have yet to reach a single staff member in person despite there consistently being a vehicle (and sometimes even a golf cart) parked outside the office. I have also called multiple gotten no answer. When I mentioned this to my friend, they explained that someone left around six months ago and that it has been nearly impossible to reach anyone since. Moving is already stressful enough. Nobody has time for this nonsense. Someone from Public Storage needs to email me to resolve this immediately.
