I've used this storage for a while, I needed a rent adjustment (why) my income changed and the storage unit was offering lower unit prices for the other storages. They tell me 110.00 is good enough for me but advertising 55.00 units. I took my items and relocated to another Storage Company that appreciates my business. Period.

Unit had a huge hole in the wall so I requested another unit, other unit had dead mice in front of the door and full of leaves inside, nobody took the time to clean it. Cleaned it myself rather then go back the office and nobody there as it was 5mins to closing time. Only good experience about the move in was the person working was pleasant.

Anthony was great when he was filling in at the Wilkinson Blvd , Charlotte, NC location #08601. He was very patient with me when I was deciding which unit I wanted. It was cold and he rode around the whole lot looking for the right one.

i’ve been trying to get into the facility for three days. There’s no manager available. The phone number doesn’t get anybody. I’ve left messages with the voicemail. No one is returning my call even the police came out because someone had been waiting there all day so they called the police. They couldn’t get anybody to locate the manager either.

I was in need of a storage unit and Robin was so helpful and very sweet. She helped me find the best storage unit especially the perfect size that I was looking for, I will definitely recommend this location. She was very honest with all the questions I asked of her, go see Robin she will get you right.
