I never leave bad reviews if I can help it but I had to warn anyone looking for storage that you SHOULD NOT rent here. Not only do they increase rental rates by 60% their location is absolutely filthy. There is a downed tree that has been there for months; trash was littered all over the parking lot and inside of the storage spaces. People hang out in front of the location after staff has left making it feel unsafe. The other issue I had is that one day I went in on a Saturday morning. When I went to give my ID to get a cart the woman in the office was on the phone. She motioned for me to hold one moment; which I did. A gentleman came in about 3 minutes later, skipped past me, she grabbed his ID while still speaking on the phone and motioned for him to take the last cart. After she finished her phone call I asked why she skipped me and she said I needed to confirm you have a space here; my ID would have done the same thing it did for the gentlemen. Rudest customer service of my life. DO NOT RENT HERE. Down the road about 2 miles is a beautiful morningstar storage facility that I switched too. It is sincerely so clean; and I feel safe going there.

Kayla at Public Storage provided outstanding customer service. She was extremely nice, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. I always use Public Storage. Today was just a cloudy day. I was a little sad. Then a ray of sunshine hit me! It was the most sincerest welcome ever by Miss Shuantae; she was a little busy to say the least. She acknowledged me and kept me in conversation. How lovely I thought, she was multitasking, smiling and working with someone else. This has made my day. No more drowning in my cloudy day! Miss Shauntae continued with me and my questions (there were many) again she did not miss a step, she was very knowledgeable about the services I needed. I stepped out unstressed and happy! What an amazing individual! My wait was not long, and again I am totally satisfied with my product and the customer service was second to none!!!

The 4th floor smells gasoline due to some leak vehicle being stored around 4300 units area. It’s really not healthy when in 4th floor area. Please do something with unhealthy environment. The gas smells it’s good in human health. The gas smells started on Valentine’s day. Thanks.
