Facility is ALWAYS is as NASTY as their employees. I came in to express my concerns today and the employee was dismissive and RUDE. (This is my second and LAST time renting with Public. )IE: it’s climate controlled but freezing inside (it feels warmer outside than it does in), the unit doors are ALWAYS OPENED, the area is crawling with homeless people, no one returns your calls and I saw a raccoon wandering out of the unit where our valuables are stored. What’s the purpose of climate controlled? Times are hard but hire people with some type of decorum and professionalism. We shouldn’t walk in and your conversations with your children are interfering with us (the renter/customer) getting help.

I was helped by Tee today and may I say she is doing a great job! If I weren’t planning on getting a storage today, she definitely would make me change my mind! She is very sweet and helped me out tremendously. Thank you guys for having such caring and attentive staff members. Customer care is so important and the people that work for the company always set the tone!

I am looking to move to the Charlotte location and am in need of a storage unit unit I am able to move into my new home. I called the location on N Tryon I believe it is 7828 and spoke with Tee. The new day and time dealing with good customer service has gone out the window. You can’t find it. Tee is just the opposite, she was patient, and answered all my questioned I had. As long as she works there I will definitely use this location for my storage needs. I will recommend Tee and the location to all I know in need of a storage unit. Thank you Tee keep up the excellent customer service. We need more people like you.

Honestly, I have had some not so great experiences in the past with other storage company’s but I feel like today, there was a reason I had to call this public storage. T was angelic. So attentive and helpful and VERY understanding and compassionate about what I have going on. Such a beautiful soul to encounter early in the morning. So happy to have crossed her path. Management please give her a raise! This company is truly lucky to have her!
