For the most part it was a good experience. When Helene hit, we had to vacate our stuff out of a larger unit so it could be cleaned of mud and debris. We were told that we would be informed when the unit was ready to be used again but after I inquired, the unit had been rented to someone else. They did their best in supporting us and gave us three smaller rooms, but it wasn’t the original big room we had. They tried to make it right, we made it work.

Laura, she’s a manager with this location, was absolutely AMAZING!! She Call very shortly after I set up my reservation and she explained everything to me in detail so my move-in would be stress-free! She really knew how to work with people and has excellent customer service skills. If you ever need a storage unit, make sure that you at least give this one a try.! I know you won’t be disappointed!!:-)

It was so easy and convenient to rent the space online, signed everything online, and when I went to move stuff in, they had a lock already open with keys ready for me to lock up my u it. I moved boxes in in 5 minutes. It was sooo easy! Made my busy day!

Danielle was AMAZING! We switched storage units 3 months ago to save some money, and our rent increased to the same amount we were paying before. We were going to move to another storage facility, but Danielle was able to secure us a bigger unit for a lesser price. Even though we have to move our items to another unit, at least we don't have to make it a big move. Thank you, Danielle!
