Short term, fine. Long terms, lousy.

The local employees have always been wonderful. I give them 5 stars. But the disrespect that corporate shows long time tenants is abysmal (1 star). It takes a long time to get repairs approved and comoleted (I,e, broken a/c of lights), and the rent increases are too frequent. I leased a second unit a few months ago and got an increase already. After 10 years with my original unit I was spending twice as much as a new tenant (without any special deal for them). I just don't understand. If you have auto pay, a fabulous record there as a customer, and still pay twice as much...it's just wrong. It has been my experience that they would rather I leave. And I wouldn't have written this review if I hadn't been sent several requests to do so. I was just whining to friends before. I want to love you guys. It wouldn't take much on your part. A simple loyalty reward would speak volumes.

The property manager Kayla is wonderful to work with. Thid is my second time using public storage. The location clean and easy to navigate. Definitely go see Kayla for all moving needs!

The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which shows how much care and attention the property managers put into their work. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the managers have been quick to respond and genuinely committed to making sure I’m satisfied. I would highly recommend renting from Kayla and Allie.

I am a little late getting to this review but as promised, here it is. I came in one day last week and spoke to Kayla. I just want to say that I have never been greeted with a more pleasant smile. Miss Kayla answered all of my questions. I'll be moving after the new year, and can't wait to start my storage adventures with Kayla.
