I recently moved from NY to NC in June. As a single female I was very nervous. The people at AAA Storage walked me through everything. They were Very helpful and I never had an issue. Cost is extremely reasonable and the units are clean Plus the units are in a secure area so you always feel safe. I would Absolutely use AAA storage again in the future.

To whom it may concern. I have been with this storage facility for a lot of years and i have had as many as 4 units at one time. The only reason I stay with this facility on West Market Street is because of Travis. Travis is very Professional and treats customers like family. He is polite and extremely pleasent to work with. When I call the office, Travis is always on the ball with picking up the phone and answers in a very professional manner. I can honestly say that if Travis ever moves, it would be a sad day for this facility. And more than likely I would move too. Thank you Travis for your service. AAA Self Storage should be proud of you!!

Update 2: DON'T do business with these people! Went to pay my rent but it went up. Considerably. Like 20%. No warning. No correspondence to let me know. I can't afford the new rate and am likely going to lose everything I've paid to store for years there because of the rate hike without warning. Shady business practice. Wish I could get my belongings, but can't. Had they given me ANY kind of warning, I would've moved my things to the house. But no warning means they get to keep my stuff and auction it for whatever they want. I hope they get some karma as ALL our important document were stored there. Whoever buys my unit (that they basically hijacked) will probably sell all of our identities. Update: Been there about 3 years and never had a problem. Had a unit at this storage facility for over a year. There is 24 hour access, 7 days a week. There are units that you can drive your vehicle right up to your units door. There is space to store vehicles, RVs, trailers, etc. The man that works there (Travis?) is as professional as they come, always kinds courteous and helpful. Highly recommend

Really top notch staff here. I have never seen anything approaching the level of thoroughness, professionalism, and courtesy I've experienced here as opposed to any other storage companies/facilities.
