After having my unit for a few months I go to pay on the app and low and behold you can't. Saying technical error payment cannot be made at this time. Check back later. Well I've been checking for three days and it's still saying the same thing and now my account is past due. I live an hour away from the unit and can't just go running up there to the office to pay. And it's usually no one there to make a payment. And if you try to pay for it over the phone they want to charge you an extra $10.00 for a processing fee! I think not. So I now have a past due balance because of their app not working. I'm over public storage. All they want is money and more money. And don't let your light bulb blow out or it not work because they wait until after you have moved out your things before fixing it. And even then they won't. I will be removing my things from my unit and I will NEVER use public storage again. When they said in their email they are contactless, that's an understatement. They don't want to deal with anyone except to rent a unit and after that you're on your own. I absolutely do not recommend using this company at all.

This location is phenomenal. Edna is so helpful and I had no issues with getting into my unit. Super easy process and highly recommend!
