I don’t understand how this business has a 4.8 stars. They probably paid for it. They increased my rent 60% in less than 1 year. When I called to make a complaint they reduced it for the next 3 months and then will go back up. It should not going from $91 to $170 in less than 1 year. I’m leaving this for new people to know what they will face when they sign the contract. They will increase your rate whenever they feel like it. I’ll definitely will be looking another place. This is very convenient location wise but no thanks, it’s way too much. Specially because I didn’t agreed with that price.

I've had to get storage units from this location a few times. Outstanding customer service as always. Particularly from, Jennifer. She is your go-to person for any and all questions you may have! I highly recommend.

Was fast and easy lock was in unit didnt need to go to the office did see the working cleaning the property Jennifer she was very nice.

So I'm not one to see much in customer service these days but to my surprise Ms. Jennifer Simpson helped me out the other day and made me feel important, and even mentioned to me "if you aren't satisfied just let me know so I can make it right for you." Everytime we come in to pick something up Jennifer is eager to help and could possibly be the sweetest person I’ve ever met! If her boss sees this just know that girl needs a raise!! Thanks Jen! You’re the best!
