Joann is outstanding Manager, she is very helpful and very professional, she really made the visit at the facility and the process perfect. Unfortunately today you can't find any more great customer service and professionalism in most big businesses. Because of her and the way how she treated me and helped me, I would give 5 stars .

I hate that I even used this place you have to pay extra 20 dollars for insurance or get your own never heard of that before then it’s never a grace period just paid my bill for Feb today is March 7 I’m lock out like I’m definitely moving my things to a better storage with better rates
