I just had the best customer service experience in my life, and I am a senior person. I was having unusual system issues upgrading from my current storage unit to a bigger one online. Extremely frustrating. I called company help line which was fruitless and they instructed me to call local office which I did and left message. In quick turnaround, I wound up talking WITH Tiffany. I was literally amazed at how professional, patient, and knowledgeable she was in picking apart what turned out to be a glitch in the way their processing system works with android phones during the payment part of the application. She took about 25 minutes working out the problem and staying on the phone while I was trying some things out. Her demeanor was so friendly that I did not get upset because I could sense that she was getting to the cause of the problem, which she did. All during the she was so positive and upbeat. Unbeatable customer service and aptitude. Hope anyone reading this is fortunate to have Tiffany, or someone with her character, help you with a problem. Tiffany, you are a gem!!!

Gate not working on 12/4/25, either through app or using code. If you are gonna price gouge, at least make the product accessible. I am a truck driver supposed to go back out on the road today and I will have to call out bc I cant get my things. We get paid by miles, not hourly or salary so there goes $350 down the drain, thanks to Public Storage.

I mean, it was easy to book online and get moved in. The insulation on the inside of the unit is falling down. I've tried to contact every bit of customer service to have it fixed. Nobody has responded to voicemails or emails or surveys. Now they're raising the rent $15 after 3 months and still nobody to speak with about any of it. Terrible!!!
