Manager is great

I rented at the facility on Westgate. I have had a great experience. The manager has been great. She as always trying to make sure that you are happy with your rental. The only thing I would have changed is I should have gotten a bigger storage unit.

The manager sold this space! She is knowledgeable about the site and conditions of rental, and showed me what I needed to know to make a decision. I highly recommend this Public Storage site.

Management very good. The place looks quite old. Seems secure.

We just needed a small unit for a short time while waiting for an apartment while our home is being built. Kim met us and is a very bubbly person who has only been there for a short time, but seems to be up on her duties. I wonder how she can be so friendly and happy as life has not been kind to her. Despite everything that has happened she takes it all with a smile. I pray that God will bless her with true happiness.

I'd leave 0 stars if possible. Terrible rent gouging location. Started out paying $77 for a 5x15. Jacked my rent up to $280 before I couldn't stand it anymore. The 5x15 I just vacated is now listed as $117; less than 50% of what I was paying when I moved out. There's no one on site to discuss this with it's a "Kiosk" location which means you better hope the kiosk is working. Take your business up the street to Cardinal; get 2x the climate controlled storage for 1/2 of what you'd pay here.

I had an amazing customer service experience over the phone with Frances! I was having trouble processing my payment through the app and was getting frustrated, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She walked me through the steps, troubleshooting the issue with me. Unfortunately, my bank then gave me an issue. She let me know how I would be able to make a cash payment so my payment wouldn't be delayed while I waited for the bank to unfreeze my account and have to pay the late fees. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile, making sure I fully understood the solution and that my account was in good standing before ending the call. Given past experiences with other companies where phone support felt rushed or unhelpful, it was refreshing! I truly appreciate the top-notch service and will continue to recommend this location to others.
