This place really is great. I had an issue with my unit and I thought omg this is gonna be a big deal and I almost didn't even want to say anything because I just didn't feel like dealing with it. But I was surprised at how efficiently my situation was handled. These ladies really do work hard to take care of this place and I feel like they cared about their customers here. It sure made things a lot easier for me. Thanks again!

I had a hard time with getting my move in date due to me not understanding the app meaning of move-in. I arrived to Public Storage office and was greeted by the lovely Rachel. I explained how I paid for storage , moved -in and mistakenly moved out apparently because I was attempting to get my gate code.and needed help. Mrs. Rachel told me no worries and went over and beyond to help me get everything situated. After all of that I realized I needed a bigger storage and she again got me situated She was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and on point with everything. Thank U Mrs.Rachel!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are Rude ,never answer the phone raise the prices and the gates never work. Who trained these these people they need to go back as a greeter at Wal-Mart. There are plenty of rental places around DO NOT GO HERE! STAY AWAY. We MOVED out but we have no document saying that plus We bought a $20 lock and tried to turn it in ( even though there is a box outside the office for LOCKS) and was told it's ours. BUT I WILL SAY AGAIN STAY AWAY. This is not a one and done review I want to make sure everyone is aware of how BAD this place is.

I went on Public Storage web site to register for a unit, everything went well. But when I entered the identification number it rejected the number each time I put it in the system. Finally I went to the location and Ms. Rachel made my experience so easy to complete my registration. Thank you Ms. Rachel you are a jewel.

Had a storage unit here my unit was auctioned off without properly contacting me my items were sold for 30.00 which had a lot of meaning to me after losing my mom it had all her belongings in the unit I tried reaching out to property manager to get in touch with the person who purchased my unit the property manager never returned my phone call now I have nothing left of my mother's...even down to her Bible with all her children and grandchildren names in it...even down to every little piece of clothing that I owned now me and my children have nothing.I would never rent a unit here again.
