I completed everything online, and the process was smooth and seamless. I even lucked up on a 50% off sale, so that was a major win. The only hiccup was that the access code didn’t work at first, but their text-to-open gate option fixed it quickly and effortlessly—which was honestly pretty impressive. All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely do it again. Mary

This was the friendliest, most efficient and personal service I’ve ever had with a storage rental - owner run and managed, and the costs are incredibly reasonable compared to others in the area. Getting set up with a unit took five minutes and didn’t require me to go apply online etc. Thanks, James!

If I could give it zero stars I would! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! You guys are thieves and have to be told what the rate YOU originally charged is every month because you guys like to add on extra and the next month bill before it’s even here! Pure scammers!!!! Literally will text you the very next day after a payment for the next months payment before the current month is even close to ending! I told you guys I was moving out and you still charge me for two months later! Lawyered up and ready to go!
