Worst storage unit company in Wilmington. They love to padlock and cut off your own locks when you are not delinquent and have not been behind for over a year. Went to storage unit this evening to find all 3 of my units had cut off my locks and had their locks placed on the units Called the the number for the storage unit was transferred to their 24/7 call center and he showed no past due bills nor any information on the account of why the padlocks were placed on the unit. Asked for the manager to call me tonight and no phone call was received this evening. Also has lost my autopay information in the computer twice in the past year and has blamed it on computer system "upgrades." To remedy the situation, I asked for credit of any fees associated with the lost autopay information multiple times and the regional manager has yet to credit my account with the fees due to their system error. Company does not contact you anytime there are issues or errors and regional manager is ineffective or doesn't care about the company or how they look to their customers.

I was nervous about signing up online instead of in person however it was easy. They also have an office with people to help, so it’s not online only. Adam was excellent to work with. All the forms are digital, communication was superb and immediate and the facility is clean and well lit. I’m very satisfied and i decided to get a unit here.

I was able to get a unit on a Sunday last minute even though my move-in date wasn’t until Monday. Plus I was able to do everything quickly on the website. The staff is very helpful too. They helped my girlfriend get her lock changed out After she forgot The combination.

This place was awesome when I moved in. The young lady explained everything. They let me know when I was late before the late fee and is always super nice. They even cut my lock for free and said Merry Christmas. I am moving into my place and need all the help I can get. I love Prime Storage.

I came in this afternoon to start leasing a storage unit. My customer service was phenomenal, I was able to select a code for the gate, even though I had signed my lease online they were awesome and went over it again with me, they verified my information explained potential fees and reasons discussed move out expectations the gate opened the first try with my code the movers were able to put my belongings in and away I went. The customer service I received on today’s visit was absolutely outstanding. Initially I only planned to use the unit a few days but after how friendly my customer service rep was and seeing how convenient this will be I may end up keeping it long term. Great job today guys!
