EDIT: Since posting this review management has done their best to accommodate me and my storage. I have moved units and location and am much happier in the new unit. They really did do their best to make this situation better for me and my belongings. I've been in the new unit a couple weeks and have had no issues. END EDIT.... This is a horrible place to keep my belongings. I got a climate controlled indoor unit and it's hotter inside the warehouse than outside. It stinks like dead animals inside and the operating hours are horrible. There are occasionally dead rodents laying around. People and employees leave cars running inside the warehouse. I've tried complaining to management about these issues and they've done nothing to fix them. They are in a great location but besides that it's not anywhere I'll go again once I get my stuff out. Re:edit The new unit has been working out great and management has been really good at working with my issues.

This Public Storage on W 117th is a very convenient location, easily accessible. The process renting units was very smooth, and the communication helped us get what we needed, even with changes. Ariana is a wonderful bonus benefit! She has always been visible, doing walk-throughs and clean ups. Even more so, she always got answers to our questions and her suggestions have saved us money! We started with 3 units and suddenly needed a 4th to move our whole house into...which was obtained seamlessly. After we moved most of our belongings out, we kept 1 unit, and are still getting care and attention. This storage's set up made that possible with the least amount of stress. And, Ariana has been, and still is, always welcoming, taking time to listen as if we were her only customer. Thank you for help and sincerity! It is refreshing to find that people like Ariana and Russ are still around!
