I’ve had a really good experience with First Stop Storage in Columbus, MS. The manager, Madeline Johnson, is professional, helpful, and easy to work with. She made the whole process simple and answered all my questions without any hassle. I rented a 10x10 climate-controlled unit, and the pricing ranged from about $130–$170, which I found reasonable for the quality and security provided. The climate control is a big plus, especially with Mississippi heat — it definitely gives peace of mind knowing my belongings are protected. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend First Stop Storage to anyone in the Columbus area looking for reliable storage with great customer service.

We rent a unit for our OSU freshman to have a car in Columbus. A short walk to Lincoln Tower & it has saved us a lot of long days in the car taking him back & forth! It has been secure & safe. Pricing is reasonable for Columbus plus they offered a free month at the beginning of our rental. I’ve spoke multiple times to Robert and he’s been great! Super friendly and always on top of everything happing at the facility. Highly recommend for anyone looking for storage options in Columbus near campus.
