When we signed up with this unit, it was the lowest cost around @ $99/month. That was a little over a year ago. Since then, our price continues to raise. We are now paying over $220/month. Scary to think what it will increase to next. When I have tried to talk to management, they say there is nothing they can do. We are looking for other options. I gave TWO stars because they appear clean, and they do have an app to open the gate which is cool, however - it doesn't always work. One night my husband and son got stuck in there and had to slip through a gate to get out and manually hit the button... so that was an experience. But whatever, things happen. If you are looking for long time storage options in this economy, I would avoid this location. The price will continually rise unapologetically.

We rented a storage unit from this place back in July 2025. I just forgot to post a review. I was reminded how awesome they are just the other day when I called to make a possible reservation. Looks like we won't be needing them again. But if I ever do need storage again I will be calling these folks. Very professional and very courteous people here. They always make me feel like I am at the top of their priority list! The units are clean and the whole process is very simple.

Heidi at the Maineville location was wonderful to work with—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She quickly did my booking with a walk through and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Great hire, Public Storage!

We recently ran into some issues with our storage unit due to our own fault, however Heidi jumped in and was able to salvage what could have been lost. Lots of communication and going above and beyond what could have been a total loss. Most people would have said sorry and moved on, but she helped us out when she didn’t have to. We are now renting another space from her at the same location. We have had storage here since 2021.

Heidi at the Maineville location as an absolute angel and joy to work with. I mistakenly purchased a unit at the wrong location and Heidi very diligently and promptly remedied the situation with the upmost professionalism! She was patient with all of my questions and had a great sense of humor! Great hire, Public Storage!
