Do not rent here they will not clean up snow around your out door equipment or roll up door. They give fake policy statements that don’t exist and management agrees to these fake policies. Only offer a snow shovel so customer can clean up snow for them.

I had to do a unit transfer because I didnt need as big of a unit as I thought. When I came in to do that the property manager was really friendly and informative. She had a great attitude. I will choose to come here again for my storage needs. Thank you for great service.

$100 a month for a 5 x 10 unit is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! At the end of March I will be taking all of my stuff and I will be going to Mini Mall Storage in Downtown Loveland! I would much rather pay a tenth of the price per month!

We actually just cleaned out my MILs storage. She had this storage unit for several years. It's clean, relatively safe and secure facility. The staff has always been personable and professional. We recently had a problem with the ceiling falling in, they fixed it right away but made a huge mess doing so. As it wasn't my storage personally I really don't want to sound negative, but my MIL paid enough for the unit over these past few years she could've owned it.
