Exceptional Customer Service from Brenda! I just want to give a huge shoutout to Brenda for going above and beyond to help me. I recently rented a storage unit for the first time, and I accidentally placed my belongings in the wrong area (in the hallway) and locked the gate. Instead of just moving my things out or throwing them away, Brenda took the time to review the cameras, find out who had moved in last, and personally reach out to me. Thanks to her, I was able to come back in, retrieve my items, and correct my mistake — she literally saved me from losing everything I had left. Her kindness, patience, and dedication truly stand out. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way she does. Brenda deserves all the recognition for her professionalism and compassion!

Will “promise a rate” than raise it on you and will not keep there word on original price. bad business. Be careful of this company! Trap! Update: even though I informed them that I was vacating 3 weeks ahead of time (contract states 2) they still are charging me for another month I wasn’t there so be careful with this company they will charge you an extra month you are not there. Wouldn’t recommend this place and if you do record all your conversations with them.

Brenda goes above and beyond. Customer service is 10/10. She has gone out of her way for me multiple times and has been so patience with my out of state move and different time zone. Extremely nice, professional and has made a stressful situation so much smoother. The facility is nice, secure and was able to store electronics, furniture and important items safely with no issues. Stored clothes as well and had no mold or bug issues. Really well kept facility and Brenda is beyond amazing.
