Great service, problem with insurance.

The customer service has been top notch. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have thus far is with the insurance. I don't know why I'm being forced to carry your insurance (even if only for a month), other than as a way for you to get a few extra dollars out of me. $11 per month for $3000 worth of insurance is highway robbery, but obviously I have no choice but to pay it. I went with Public Storage mainly because of the convenience of how close you are to my home. If I need storage in the future, I will certainly price check before going back.

I've had my unit for about two months and overall it's been great and it's priced pretty well and is really is accessible, I really like having the app to open the gate instead of having to type my code every time
