I had an excellent experience with Tina at Public Storage. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome. Tina was professional patient and extremely knowledgeable about the storage options available. She took the time to listen to my needs answer all of my questions clearly and help me choose the right unit without any pressure. Her customer service went above and beyond. She walked me through the rental process explained the contract thoroughly and even offered helpful tips for maximizing my storage space. Tina’s positive attitude and genuine willingness to help made what can be a stressful decision feel easy and comfortable. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received from Tina. She truly made a difference in my experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable friendly and knowledgeable assistance at Public Storage. I have rented a storage unit here for over 4 years. The facilities are convenient, clean, easily accessible and secure. Tina and the other on site employees are simply excellent. Tina has always taken the time to assist and address any questions I have had. She is friendly and always makes me feel valued as a customer. The 4 star rating (rather than the 5 star rating this facility deserves) is strictly a result of constant price increases while offering discounts to new customers. You would think that rewarding long term customers would be just as important as recruiting new customers.

Run, Don’t Walk away from these people, unless you’re looking for a place where … - The price you pay is never what they advertise. - Your bill will continue to get more expensive the longer you are there. -A place where you never know who the manager will be month to month, and good luck getting ahold of one if you need to. -Rude 800# customer service. This is by far the worst storage facility I have ever used. As soon as I can find time to move my stuff, I’ll be gone. I’ve never dealt with a worse or more crooked company than this one, in my personal experience. Do yourself a favor and look around. This is the worst, IMO!
