Walked into a very nice cool office on a hot summer day to be greeted and helped by Morgan. She was quick, and told me ways to save more money, she was able to get me moved in very promptly. Also, they had the best prices in the city that I can find in this area. They have of course outdoor self storage, but they also have parking in the back if you have trailers or anything else. The “roads” in between storage units don’t have any potholes, that’s always a plus whenever you have a trailer and a lot less likely to break your ankle moving stuff in. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Update: the manager, Morgan, called me and apologized. In my experience, the staff at this location has not been very friendly or helpful. The Public Storage app lists office hours as 6:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., but that hasn’t been accurate in my experience. On a Sunday at 4:58 p.m., the office staff told me they were closed at 5:00 p.m. and spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I was an inconvenience for not knowing that. Since he was "technically closed" he wouldn’t assist me with returning a lock for a refund or removing the insurance from my account for future months. Additionally, the office hours aren’t posted anywhere on the building, so the only information available is what’s shown in the app. I came back again on a Friday at 11:00 a.m., and no one was in the office and no note on the door.

They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the storage options clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
